You can still get more good answers n detailed ones from seniours here that knows more then i do

And i think even if u have zero income u can still file for notice of assessment n send them whats what i did i was in pakistan for mbbs in 2016 but before sending my app i still filed for it n i got my noa with zero income

Am not sure if they will return it ..bcz i have done mbbs too graduated in jan then i came in march to canada i started a job to just so i can give this proof ..n after getting job n getting everything ready i send my application to sponsor my husband

So u mean u dont have any of them bcz of u were studying in pakistan?

It was in both urdu and english idk why would they return my whole application as it was atleast there in the file

Ok thank you so much i wanted to clarify thanks for making it sure for me.its just sad after one and half month they return it..now as its a weekend so my husband will get it done on monday n then send it to me on monday hopefully after that everything goes smooothly

Guys one question after waiting one n half month they return my application yesterday which is so depressing but they asked for certified copy of marriage certificate ..i already send the marriage certificate copy what does certified copy of marriage certificate mean ?

Ohh so sorry to hear that ..i send mine on 27 april waited so long on 15 june it got returned asking for original marriage certificate i already send them original nikah nama in both languages but the marriage certificate i send them photocopy n after one n half month they return my application...
