NO I called couple of times. 1st call he told me that they can not access to my application!!!!!! 2nd call she told me that the decision has been made, and no more info.

I think you need a hard copy from the email that CIC send to you (Ready for Visa - Passport request) along with your passport. Please make sure before sending your passport. I am in the same situation. I got decision made on may 20th and no email from CIC yet.

You can do it. Go to the PROFILE and then choose the Forum Profile Information from the left side.
