    processing time for study permit application has exceeded is that normal? and do they offer visas even if the studying program has started, or most accepted visas are offered before the starting date of university?

    it has been 22 days after medical examination and no request of submission passp

    I applied 21 Jun for study permit visa and had my medical examination 22 days ago but no email regarding submission the passport I am worried how longer it may take??? please help me with your experiences I feel down classes starting soon
