I am 90% on same boat like you just i will finish my medical on 20th Nov.

In my case they ask medical and RPRF, I will finish medical with my on 20th of November, I don't know how long it will take then, but I am also hopeful for December.

I feel its good now People have started getting PPR even Pre-May group, It means we must not loose hope there might be a delay but I feel people who applied in June will get PPR somewhere in December according to time they complete medical examination

I feel the process to send passport is slower down in comparison to getting PER and medical request, I feel must be patient and wait that's what we can do at the moment but I wish everyone will get the PR very soon.
