i am not sure whether if that the only option or not i advise u to ask seniors like qorax and PMM,but it was the easiest option for as i have account with dubai islamic bank and also i have only saving account with them but the process was easy,it helps if u have copy of an old bank draft from...

try international banks,or the bank u have an account with,but make sure they have link with a canadian bank so CIC can enash ur money from that canadian bank.and write ur name and file number on the back of ur draft afterwords.
