Very well said bro. I totally agree with you. We are in the fastest process right now. If somebody get PR in 1 or 1.5yrs its still very fast. I have been to New Zealand, I have seen how eager people were to get PR. My own cousins spend 5yrs to get PR. Even guys went to Student visa in Canada...

You don't need any transit visa, until unless you want to go out of airport. If you stay inside, just to change the plan, no need of that.
