yeh koi document ya paper hota hai... its a document or paper that is issued to you which you present/get while you land... means app tiyariyaan baant lein, app ka number lagnay wala hai, delhi daur nahin :D

in about 2 months (or whatever is the ongoing time frame) they will make the initial decision on the sponsor (i believe your wive)... whether she is clear to sponsor you or not... they usually email this to the sponsor along with file number etc and will tell you where your file is headed...
