I just saw in fb one more student received refusal after AIP I don't know if both are same students

Review started on July 1st no update till date.

I think the same because lots of students who had already received AIP also got this mail so they might be checking those who are likely to pass the eligibility review and sent it to them only. just my thought I might be wrong

My eligibility review started back in July 1st no update yet.

They even said AIP is only for fall 2020 but some students for Jan 21 have received AIP while fall applicant are waiting for more than 6 months

I didn't receive email tho in gc key my application is under review since July 1 and I had also raised webform. since many students with AIP has also received the email does that mean receiving this email is a good sign of approval?
