@AtGod On your GCMS notes, check under eligibility for PA, see if the status says NOT STARTED. If this is the case then based on the link just posted by @RoamingSpirit, PA is most likely approved.

@AtGod The gap of dates between 1st and 2nd line is UNBELIEVABLE. GCMS notes should take 30 days (well according to CIC), i suggest you start disturbing them on that too

@Lidiya1987 I would suggest you maybe be go to the embassy in ghana and maybe appeal to them in person that you need your passport, with the hope that will trigger some sort of information on your application. May the good lord help you through this and give you an answer without any further delay.

Guys lets show @Lidiya1987 compassion, am sure none of us prays to be in his/her shoes. I mean, after 5months of sending passport and you hear nothing, wont the strongest amongst us get frustrated to say the least?

@Lidiya1987 Are you saying Accra sent you an email in AUG 2017 requesting that you sent them your passport in order for them to issue visa? And 5 months after sending them your passport, you haven't heard back from them? What date is your application and under what programme are you applying?

They obviously dont care.

@maki22 How many countries is MANILA VO responsible for?

@maki22 I am guessing the two major countries they get applications from would be ghana and nigeria. So i dont really think the 12 countries should really delay them as i can guess that they probably dont get any applications whatsoever from like 8 of those countries
