I dont see no harm in doing it. However I am pretty sure they ask for an application number, its worth a shot but all that would do (i.e if it works) is cut down the time by a week or 2 max, which is not a lot when you are a part of a broken process that takes 12 months !!!

My package was delivered on June 5th, 2018. I believe whenever they update the form they do have buffer days for you to start using it. It would make no sense for them to return the application if the form is updated today and they received applications with old form today. So if you haven't...
