Ok, I also asked her repeatedly if that can be done. She reaffirmed that both the applications will be filed at the same time. I will reconfirm with her how she is going to do that, when I get the pre-screen approval. Thank you all.

My rep told me that once pre-clearance is done, she will apply the Nominee application to PNP and PR application to CIC simultaneously. I am also little confused but she confirmed that. That is why I am asking if any one had tried like that.

My rep told me that we can apply the PNP - Nomination and Federal simultaneously. Not waiting for the nominee application result. Why you guys did not do that?
