Does the decision made status actually tell you it is "approved"? that's really good!! does both the sponsor and applicant both work in hong kong? or sponsor doesn't work and that's why they don't ask? or did you write in very detail sponsor's intention to move at the start of application?

thks.. but then upon landing of the applicant, is there anything the applicant need to show so that immigration knows the sponsor is there in canada? i understand that normally when ppl land, immigrations asks for shipment papers, look at how much luggage u have, whether the sponsor is landing...

It seems like GCKey gives faster and more detail updates than the Online Tool. I've always had problem linking the application to GCKey because it fails to locate the application based on the responses I answered. Anyone know what the common issues are? ie when they ask how many family...

so it seems like a 2-3 week wait after the PFL documents submission? so nobody really had to submit resignation or employer acknowledgemnt letter for the sponsor?
