Got PPRR..... :) OMG i am crying. They sent email to my lawyer by mistake. I didn't apply through this lawyer for express entry but he just forwarded me email. I have question, does PPR means 100% positive? OMG can't believe it. Perfect Christmas Gift... :) :) :) :) :)

I received 2 ghost emails in November as well. According to me ghost email doesn't guarantee you DM or PPR. It only means somebody worked on your file. Sometimes it is also possible that they just opened it and saved it without doing much in your application. Every-time they click on save...

We cannot really interpret much from ghost emails. I submitted my application on July 15 and yours was July 21. You might received ghost email anytime. Hope its positive, please God.
