Same here bro. Wife's application delievered Dec 4th, No AOR yet. There r few applications from October who r still waiting for AOR. You can call them after 60 days has past.

Same with my wife's application. We sent seperate application on Nov 30. Delivered Dec 4th. i got AOR on Jan 22nd, she is yet to receive.

AOR's depend on so many factors. It depends on the case officer who takes up your application to assess for its completeness. (Some take their sweet time and some are quick) Compelxity of your application. (factors like stay in 2 or more countries for more than 6 months, your calculation...

You only have to write the full name. Signature not necessary

I got my ECAS updated too. Address was still showing as the one i gave during PR (Burlington). Updated it online... it said it would take 2 weeks to update address.

Me and my wife have applied separately. This is Single Application. She is still waiting for her AOR, she sent a day later.

Go to Queenston, i found rainbow a bit crowded and unfriendly. Just mention the US toll person that u dont intend to enter US and u r here to flagpole, everthing happens by itself after that.

Finally landed in Queenston bridge..... As suggested by CIC office (when i called them to know whats the actual procedure for flagpoling) i went to US side and got a white paper as Administrative refusal. Came back to Canada side and told the verifying border personnel that i am doing landing...

I just walked into Border office which is inside Canada...... Administrative refusal without having valid US visa can haunt u for ur lifetime having decided to make Canada my new home which it is for the past 5 years.

If you do not mind sharing. What time and date did u land ? Thanks for the concern, I will try getting an admission refusal this time......

The only reason given was rules have changed and anybody who is not landing from US and resides in Canada should land by taking an appointment by calling CIC. At Rainbow bridge, they even had a big poster with the number for CIC to call. Even at Peace bridge, they said u have to leave Canada to...

Around 10PM on Friday...... there were hardly anyone at the desk....

Hi Guys, I had a tough time landing. Me and my wife were sent back without landing and were asked to call CIC to book an appointment. I tried two times, once in rainbow bridge and peace bridge. But, I did not enter US side as i didnt have US visa.

Just received Passport and CoPR in mail....... :) Planning to land soon by flagpoling in Niagara or Peace Bridge

Congrats yoodada..... u beat me in July formon this.... i was the firt to receive MR and RPRF. Anyaways I sent my passport on thrusday, still waiting..... Where r u planning to land?

Its the final step before they ask for passport, they will ask the same question again when they ask for passport in email.
