The address for the Minister of Immigration is on the CIC website - I wonder rather than reaching out to individual MP's ... An email to highlight our concerns to this address would be worthwhile? Minister@cic.gc.ca

It's a shame that most of the comments/ replies from 'Amisnic' are so acerbic, he/she still follows and comments frequently having already completed the process and landed. We are only expressing understandable frustration at a questionable system.

They shouldn't really use the word 'rule' in their wording then?!

As this is the wording on the CIC website (checking processing times): 'Your application will be processed under the rules in place at the time you applied' Well - when we all applied it was 12 months - not 13! It would be nice if they could at least comply with this - as they are committing...

They have changed the processing time to 13 months officially on their website :(
