Really? not sure why Im not eligible. If so, why they only return half of fees since I paid in 980$ in total along with the 2nd doc submission- foeyshell

My case is weird applied: Aug, 2011 First AOR: Mar 2013 Request for Doc: July 2015 Sent Doc: Sep, 2015 Second AOR: nothing on the website In process: Jan, 2016 Receive CIC notice to refund $490 dollar in May 2016. (I paid 980 for both parents... really not sure why returned half?) No info...- foeyshell
