So sorry to hear about your case! Depending on the country you come from, it is always very important to write a convincing cover letter with the visa application which shows that you will not overstay your visa period illegally. And if you get a chance to work, you're open to working there but...

I also had a prerequisite for my course. I mentioned this in my cover letter referring to the e-mail from the college and also attached a copy of that email about the prerequisite upon arrival. If it's Jan intake, you should definitely (but immediately) go ahead with it!

It's been over seven weeks that you applied. You should call the Embassy/Consulate/High Commission in your city. Ask them for their email ID and write to them immediately.

Very sorry to hear about your refusal. Don't want to give you false hopes. But you should try for some other course in some other country. It's too late for Canada, looking at their speed of processing visas.

You should apply for an urgent passport renewal. If you need the visa till 4th Sept, the embassy will accept a passport expiring not earlier than six months after the completion of your course. However, double checking this information on cic should help. Check out the website!

It should be. Ideally, they will ask for your medicals only if they are going to give you the Visa. Having said that, how much TIME they are gonna take, there is no certainty about this.

Please write a mail to their Delhi immigration email id. It's been seven weeks for you. My flight is on 22nd, which I am certain I'll have to cancel!

Passport stamping process? He got his passport with visa on 8th August. He had applied on paper through VFS.
