Ya don't waste your time and submit applocation with explanation letter and proof of apply police certificate

I am also facing this issue but I didn't apply my immigration yet because I didn't get certificate from UAE due to their system. I have send documents to one of friend they didn't issue even not mention any problem,later I talk to ministry of Interior UAE about my problem they said police...
