    Thanks spartacus. Agents usually dont make a clear statement about these things for liability issues. Because it solely depends to the officer. I just dont want to waste a lot of time to get this PCC from back country again.

    Hi Shareview. I did my fingerprint on Thursday and my medical on Friday. I will be waiting for my RCMP certificate and then will mail it to CIC along with Schedule A.

    Why dont you put a copy of the one you sent before and get a RCMP for your Canada residency. Then, explain this in a cover letter accompanying with the stamps on your passport that verifies your last entry to Canada!
