LMIA: should my wage meet occupation OR province median wage?

Checked the link - it is exactly 0124 NOC code. And when I typed 0611 in searching field the note showed up "The NOC code you have entered is invalid or has changed in 2011." So it means that a new NOC is 0124 but Job Bank still refers to the old one...

LMIA: should my wage meet occupation OR province median wage?

So am I right that for NOC 0124 (marketing manager) and Ottawa K2E 7L6 according to Job Bank it's going to be $41? ... just noticed that for some reason Job Bank reflects "Marketing manager" under NOC 0611. And it shows nothing for 0124. One more confusion...

LMIA: should my wage meet occupation OR province median wage?

I'm confused again because some folks are speaking about occupation/location median wage ($41 for marketing manager in Ottawa) and others are speaking about province median wage ($21 for Ontario). So finally: 1) what wage should employer advertise? 2) what wage should I be paid - and point it...

LMIA: should my wage meet occupation OR province median wage?

I'm sorry about it. It's really weird why the person who already has job and stable income cannot stay... Why it's not an attractive kind of immigrants for Canadian government... What are you going to do now?

So did he decide not to apply for LMIA for you because of that "wage reason"?

LMIA: should my wage meet occupation OR province median wage?

Let me clarify this moment please: "If the employer has to advertise a median province wage" (means $ 21.15 for Ontario) it is much lower than even the entry level wage for marketing manager/Ottawa ($25), not speaking about median wage ($41). I just don't understand the logic: employer...

LMIA: should my wage meet occupation OR province median wage?

So are there any ways to make it work? For example - trying another NOC code or reflecting that I work 30 hours weekly (not 40 as it is in reality)... Or it's better not to play with these things?

LMIA: should my wage meet occupation OR province median wage?

So does it mean that even if all other requirements are OK and the job description is very specific (it needs knowledge of several specific software as I'm working for IT company) anyways our application 100% will be refused because of that wage issue?

LMIA: should my wage meet occupation OR province median wage?

Hi folks! According to LMIA requirements: Employers must refer to the median wage published on Job Bank to determine the prevailing wage. Use the job title of the available position and conduct a search on Job Bank to determine the median wage for the occupation and work location where the TFW...
