For me I waited another 12 days, and submitted my package on May 18,2015. Wish I could wait longer but I am afraid the c-24 will take effective soon...

CIC will use CSBA data ,that is for sure.This is why ppl here try to wait one or two more weeks after 1095days has been reached before submitting their packages.

Can you guys just READ carefully and follow the official guide? Basically that is all we need to read and follow. NO extra document is needed.

I don't know why you think initials is ok. The CIC website states clearly you need to print your name, not your initials.

For passport, only the biometric pages and renewal pages(if any) are needed. NO need to provide stamp pages for this step. We will only be required to provide these pages in the final interview. Try to keep it simple. No need to provide extra stuff. The more you provide, the more potential issues.
