I don't want to put it this way but a Feb applicant with IP date of aug 1 got PPR nov 7. The priority is given to those who get IP first. Just a take on the PPR trend. I hope I'm wrong.

What did you do to get this information from her? Did you write her an e-mail? Did you visited his office?

I know a jump from application receive to PPR is possible. Arjun from December group got it. I hope same thing happened to us.
