    If you fill you missed a document upload, you can call CIC's customer service and ask for advice either to upload the extra document or not.

    You might want to go read the requirements for a BOWP (bridge open work permit) from CIC's website, else you're risking an application rejection.

    My advice for you is to apply for a closed work permit with the "work permit support letter" you got from your PNP. The letter exempts your employer from doing LMIA, but they'll have to pay a ~$150ish compliance fee.

    You are correct! You can apply for BOWP if your PNP nomination isn't tied to any company. I'll advice you to verify to see if your PNP certificate has an employer restriction on it

    Please do not apply for BOWP, the application will be rejected. With PGWP, you do not qualify for BOWP. To extend your WP, you should to apply for a closed work permit with your employer.
