Can we request to transfer file from new Delhi to Ottawa as my mom lives with me on super visa. I had put Canadian address as mailing address and current home address, and in ecas both address are set to Canadian address but still the application was transferred to New Delhi.

Does anyone know the application whose cc is charged until now for 2016 are part of first 5000 or 10000 application. I mean did CIC start taking payment for application outside 5000 and below 10000?

Hi Robsmann, On Canada Post web site it shows as out for delivery at 9:36am and signed by Rizwan, and there is no exact time when it was delivered. So I assume it may have been delivered before noon. Today I checked again at Canada Post site it shows as delivered on 2015/01/05 / 11:59 Prashanth
