Please can someone help me out? What can i do? I still keep getting the error message and the XEP in front of my application number is still there.

Hi everyone, I was able to link my application before AOR. File received at CIC on oct. 28th and AOR received on January 9th. Was able to link my application before AOR on November 16th. Since receiving AOR, there is no update on my CIC account and it still shows XEP in front of my application...
