Hey,few days ago after 4 weeks of re-med, I email them again and 2 hour later, they sent us a passport request....they must like me best....

We did the re med on April 22nd... nothing yet!

Maybe in a few more weeks, we will have to email them again to remind them about sending the passport... ;D

After the interview, they double checked our email address and the phone number in VN... so I guess they will use email....

We also have our interview yesterday and all went really well in room D. My wife went in first for 30 m, I went in after for about 15 m and my wife back in for another 10 m. They took the police certificates and toll my wife to wait for their email for the next 4 week in case they need other...

Did they keep your police certificate?

Dragoon, Was your chat's log in English? if it was in Vietnamese, did you have them translated. Mine is about thousand pages....

Dragoon, Im preparing proof of contact for my interview, what and how much did you do for your interview? do they really look at them....

I think it's standard, some people is even longer....

we got 2 version of letter (vn and Eng) and the whole list of what they need, 5 updated forms (imm 0008....ect...) proofs, police check, and a whole nine yard of original paper (birth, ho khau, identity,...passport)......

Thanks Dragoon, I though they ask for updated forms for the interview in the 2nd letter sent to you, did you not do it?

I have a question about the interview, do you have to let them know that the sponsor will be attend the interview, if yes, how? Also they ask for Police check, but i think it will take a month to get them and it's still New year now overthere and they might not ready to work yet, what to do?

We got our 1st letter Dec 2012, others we know got their 1st around same time with us already get interview date. I think they are working on your now and wont be long....good luck

Maybe they want you to do it same time with me..hahaha
