It used to be the case that all FSW Outlander got the PPR from Ottawa and had to request a change. However, recently they started sending the PPR email from the LVO directly. Many (including me) got the email directly from the LVO in charge. I am not sure if it changed 100%, though... probably not.

Is it normal / common for the status in myCIC not changing even 5 days after the PPR was sent? (Still says BG in progress, DM not started).

I applied as FSW under EE and received my PPR from Vienna. The email is not clear about whether I should send in my passport, or only passport copies. As I am from a visa-exempt country, I thought I'd have to only send copies and the email mentions I will only get COPR, no stamped passport...
