CRS is 468 My advise is dont expect a refund from the nomination program because they already stated that they wont refund any application that is already being processed. If you get an invitation today, you can decide to withdraw your profile, and who knows? you may be lucky to get a refund.

Mine changed to assessment on the 7th of March 2020 as well. Let us give them some time................meanwhile, it's possible that there'll be a draw today. the prayer is that it favours us so we dont have to wait for OINP again

Okay, so I mailed OINP yesterday and got an email response about 5 hours ago stating that they are still working despite the public health issue and that processing times have not changed.

Is it safe to send an email to OINP to confirm if they are actually working during this period? Nothing seems to be changing at the moment mhen

They once released an update that they will be working, despite the covid issue. My assumption is that they are working remotely, so productivity may be a bit slowed,thus impacting on the applicants' timelines
