In my opinion you should apply for migration because after your mba there is 7 years of gap. You will get offer letter from college but getting rejection during visa process is high.. According to your qualifications and work experience you will get pr with in 4-5 months and you can study there...

Usually Universities don't accept your admission request because of low academic. If you get offer letter from University nxt chnc of rejection is during visa process. But it depends on your luck,some of them got approved that's why.. In my opinion you should apply to colleges. For getting...
