There was a ghost update in my account around 2 weeks before I got PPR.

I got one around the 24th, so nearly 2 weeks ago. Not sure if it was related.

It happened, I finally got it guys. Received the golden email in the last hour. Seeing an email titled "Ready for Visa" pop up on my phone was almost surreal after all this wait. My 6 month date was 12th February. Good luck to all of you guys still waiting. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed...

Mixed emotions seeing so many people get PPR today. Excited and happy for you all, and glad to see movement, but am so frustrated waiting for my own! I'm starting to check my email inbox and CIC profile multiple times a day now... :eek:

How do you guys know your processing centres?

I applied from the UK and my AOR was 12th August. I did not receive a request for my Biometrics until the 19th December, and I submitted them on the 24th.

Guys, I just checked my account and it said "Application/profile updated", but when I checked my PR application nothing seems to have changed. Has anyone else had this? Any idea what it means?

Hey guys, I was just curious if there will always be a passport request prior to receiving confirmation of PR? Or do sometimes they not need your passport first? Is it country-dependent?

Received an email today saying they need my biometrics, so am getting that done in the next few days. First thing I've seen change since I passed my medical in September. Hoping this means I am closer.

Hi guys, I submitted my PR application in August when I was living in the UK but have since moved to Ireland temporarily for work whilst I wait and see if I can go to Canada. Do I need to update my application with this information? If so, will this likely delay the process at all? Thanks!

Guys, try logging in via an Incognito window. It worked for me. No progress bar is there though.
