For me is jan 2015, but I hope I hear some gud news before that. I also asked him why ISL is picking random files, Some people who applied after early 2012 and 2011 they are reviving the medical and PPR. They are not following the first in and first out. And he said "I don't know"

I called cic Mississauga to asked when ISL transferred my file to London and the agent told me on feb 23. And he said it will take 11 months to process the file now.

I think the decision officer is the one who going to stamp the visa. And immgration officer is the one who is going to check our file. Just guessing not sure.
