That date is tentative and mostly likely you will get it before end December but peradventure it didnt come that means you will need to use it for 2015 application, because 2014 application ends 31th December. Good luck man.

The question now is are these your own work scope or the one copied from your NOC? if yes you need to hard and tweak those from your NOC to add up and my it fleshy and also u need to look at your NOC scope requirement proper so that you know what else to add in it. Goodluck
