US citizens will not have I-94. So I guess the only option you have is to request your entry/exit records using FOIA.

Though it is not showing up in the CIC website, there is at least one more Oath ceremony on July 8th at Windsor. However, as other suggested it doesn't hurt to check the ceremony tomorrow with his documents.
