Dont worry, my company did the same thing. So i printed them on plain paper and get it stamped from HR. one of my senior did same and got his pr so i dont think it'd cause any problem.

I am from Pakistan, marital status is not mentioned anywhere in the passport. my wife renewed her passport before marriage. She is also keeping her surname as it was. So do i need to apply for renewal again since her name is not changed?
