why Tuesday specifically?

don't really know at what point of day was it last week as most of us were caught pleasantly off guard! However the ppl who moved ecas in process before us took a good 10 days to get PPR.. We are expecting it in 7 :)

ECAS changes happening today like last week but not PPRS or BG in progress

what and when was your last change. I am in india and I have seen all changes happening on Saturday morning india time which is Friday in canada!

Thanks and +1 I understand your caution here because don't see more than 10 PPR in the forum and 10 is too small to form solid conclusion. However of the people who did receive PPR have u seen a similar trend? That of PPR in a week to 10 days of ECAS in process?

Asivad if your ECAS is in process is it safe to assume you are past the documentation checks (POF, work ex etc) as well as eligibility checks (CRS points verification and FSW 67) ?

I would suggest send the actual document that you are uploading as an attachment in your email to the case specific enquiry email clarifying your position as to why you are having to send this over an email in addition to trying to submit online albeit to no avail.

I got a similar prompt when I was submitting my additional doc but when I pressed back bitten and tried again it worked. I can understand the frustration you are going through but this is and rely I know. I would recommend calling them and sending the additional documents over an email giving...

Are you claiming spouse ielts and or wes? I was also asked for schedule A... to substantiate for gap in my wife's work ex... They probably ask for it so that your wife has a singed declaration too... In online it's only you who is signing digitally on behalf of your family... So just to be sure...
