    I think what you’re referring to will only apply if my spouse himself was sponsored by someone else. (Then he cant sponsor anyone till 5 years after he got his own PR) This is not the case here.

    Nope haven’t done medicals yet. From what’s on the forum it seems like they were working on October applicants before Covid. Hopefully, now they’ve come back, they’ll get to November soon. :) Good luck with your application!
