Ok someone on this forum from first batch sent their pcc seperately which was issued in nov 2011 and he/she sent in jan2012 but it was returned back to that person by cic.....because they say that pcc's issuing date should not be older then 3months when it reaches in mississauga...so if urs is 3...

Hi pari you cant send pcc on its own to mississauga unless they ask for it.....otherwise they will return it back to you its written in our second batch letter....i think they are taking more time cuz u guys have dependants :( so unfair
