Try your 1st name as in passport ( your name + your father's name or whatever is n the passport )

I've been too experiencing same problem since last Thursday.

There is not any minimum CRS requirement for OINP nomination under skill trades program , mine was 378 and I got NOI on June 07, 2017 and submitted on June 08, 2017 http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPTRADES_WHO.html
