Hi lazycic, I did my medical in sept 2013 and applying for my BOWP and at the end of the report they mention Medical Examination, Required, @ XXX Labs Chest X-ray examination, Required, @ XXX Labs HIV test, Referred, @ xxx...

But there is section on "Employment" on page 3 of IMM 5710, where we need to provide information of the current employer

Could you also confirm, if I need to provide proof of new employer (offer letter etc)? At this stage I do not have any offer from new employer(s)
