Should we call cic for more info or not?

Its been 3 days now i am not able to check my E case status. I am entering all the correct info but still not showing up. Should i contact to immigration and ask them about this problem? Plz reply as its giving much stress. Thanks

My question is when i filled up my application i did not wrote my email address but i sent an email to LVO to confirm that my file is in London or not and they replied me. But now today i sent them one more email to up date my email address. Is it OK to do that?
