You can simply google the list of top 50 colleges/universities in Canada. Some top institutes in Canada are Canadian College, Vancouver, University of Toronto, University of BC, McGill Univ, SFU etc. Which college you select depends on which program/specialization you would like to like to...

Both the provinces are great for IT so what matters is the exact location of your college. If your college is located in Vancouver or Victoria in BC or Toronto or London in ON, then you may find a lot more opportunities. Although, if I were in your place, I would favor colleges in Ontario.

Is it okay if my father or spouse provides the sponsorship letter? If they do, so they need to show their bank statements as well? Also does it work to show the first year living expenses in my account and next year living expenses to be sponsored by family members?

Well tough luck guys!! Even my manager is not willing to willing to provide the letter. I'll have to make a self declared affidavit on which he is willing to sign. Will this be an acceptable alternative?

Hello All, Have finally got my job reference letter from my previous letter in the format I desired! However, he has sent the letter to me over e-mail and it's formatting seems a little crooked. Will it be okay if I print this letter or should I ask m company to provide a hard copy itself?

Thanks a lot Stanlee... That definitely helps a lot.. What I'm afraid of is that if I tell the HR or even my Manager that I'm trying for Canadian PR, they might purposely make things difficult for me :(.... But I guess there's no escaping, will have to dive in head-on for this :'(
