You need to provide letters of recommendation from clients citing the work that you did for them, writing your own experience letter as freelancer will not suffice. Hope that helps.

dustincarlisle, same opinion ako with nedy18, IN PROCESS is an indication of PER na, wala ka lang ngang email address na nalagay hehe. But at least you have your UCI number so you can track it na! YEHEY! (I tried checking ours yesterday but wala pa, hehe, atat din e. May 9 pa kami yung amin :) ).
