its really a bullshit system, if candidate applies through EE there is no security or background check up but if its paper based theb they takes bloody 10 months just for security and background as if all paper based candidates were mafia's in the past

yes Lana you can do it by creating another gc account with different email ID.

nobody can do that, if ur account is linked with paper based application GC will not allow you to create EE profile! One has to create another account, i read that in many forums and i did the same
