No, this is the only email, they'll reply for sure and explain what has happened. Meanwhile, meet your MP and submit your appeal as you just have 2 weeks from the date of the final decision.

I think it would be better to start by sending them an email, explaining what has happened, also contact your MP. If you're going to appeal, this should be within 2 weeks of the decision, but it takes so long and costs too much! Good luck!

My advice is to update your reference letter, if it is not a rock solid letter.

Sydney didn't award any points for the spouse's education or the Canadian child for many applicants who applied before May 4th, including myself. According to the OP 6B, we are entitled for those points. Prapplicant, would you please share your timeline with us?

This means that Sydney didn't award you 5 points for spouse's education too. Lets pray that Ottawa awards us those points!

I requested changing it by mail when I sent my updated reference letter, but I think even an email would work.
