When they say theyre processing your application are they actually working on it or does that mean it goes into a pile to be worked on? Does anyone elses file say this?

I was already approved to sponsor my husband on Sept 19th they sent my application to Buffalo and then when I check it today I got the message that said We received your application to sponsor My hubby's name on September 28, 2011. We started processing your application on October 19, 2011.

What I did was had 3 different folders. #1was for my sponsorship application #2 was for my husbands application and #3 was evidence Which I had a table of contents then I colour coded the paperclips red was my phone bills blue were my husbands phone bills etc etc we also added in bank statements...
