No need to worry much about the Job title as they are more interested in the Job duties and the authenticity of the details provided. So no need to panic.

All sound good from your end, the only thing you need to make sure in your document with your Job duties is that they are duly signed and notarized from a public servant for authenticity. That's it once you have your Job duties on authenticated document you are all set for application...

NO need to inform CIC as you will be living in the vicinity of the address provided and also you will be able to collect the mails at the same address. The reason for sending the details of address change is for PCC as you have get the PCC with you current address mentioned and thus a police...

No need to update the travel documents or details as you had traveled after the file was submitted. Just make sure to mention travel when you get the request for extra information from NDVO.

You won't be needed to send your medical as all the authorized medical center's directly send your medical results to VO via eMedical. You might need to send PCC and other documents, at that time you will be provided with the instructions with the same.
