Guys, just in case someone else has the same issue: I've found out on a FB group that you have to add 1 for # of family members, even if you're accompanied. I was using 2 as I'm married, but I think you can (have to?) do it for each requiring requestor. Best of luck!

Guys, just FYI, I've just received information that at least two other people have had their passport request submitted, after 2 weeks of the medical exam submitted. I don't know much about their timelines, all I know is they've submitted it from abroad (as in not in Canada). Keep up hope!
