Since CIC promised to complete 80% of complete applications in 6 Months. Witha direct logic, only 80% of June AORs will receive PPR before December. We still have 2 months to hit %80 promise date.

My dates are also corrected. I am a June AOR. 1.We received your application for permanent residence on June 14, 2015. used to be January. 2.We started processing your application on June 16, 2015. Used to be March 3.Medical results have been received.

I disagree. The process completion timeline can be wider but in general, average inland duration is shorter. I have never seen a pure outlander received PPR in few 2-3 months.

Is it possible to enter Canada, stay few days, give them an address of a friend, then return to home country? Can my friend can receive the PR card? Or am I stuck in Canada before receival of PR card?

Well if CIC give more points to Canada experience, it is very normal they proceed those eralier. It is known that progress of inland, CEC or PNPs are faster. On your case, at least they feel more confident on your background ckeck.
