My app got returned today. Bec the pfficer is not convised that i am doing the description of the job. Although i got a work permit using same reference letter and it includes one dutie from the hsdr website

It's bec the officer is not convinced that i am doing the duties of my noc. Althought it worked for getting a work permit and it includes some of the description on the website.

Although i used the same reference letter as i used for my work permit! What can i do now?
