I have received that email on 27th Nov 2018, that the file transferred to VO Singapore. After that my wife's (applicant) medical done. medical result received status updated on 24th Dec 2018. Thats all, after that no email communication.

I made a call today. The officer told me exactly the same thing what is mentioned in online status. She doesn't know anything more. Remind me the process is about 12 months, 2 more month still left, so wait for the next answer. Frustrating!!!
